How Can I Sign My Child Up?



  1. Click on the appropriate Avenues for Success® application

  2. Download the emergency medical form to the right

  3. Print both forms out and fill them out completely

  4. Review the Parent Handbook to enhance understanding and answer some of the basic questions you may have

  5. Send the forms and the $ fees (listed under downloads) with your child to school to complete registration
